On Thursday 8th December 125 students took part in the annual Sacred Heart Christmas Concert. It was a full house with all 450 seats in our Rose Auditorium taken up by parents, friends and staff, all supporting our amazing girls.
It takes such courage and confidence to perform in front of a huge crowd, but our girls did themselves and their families proud, playing and singing a great selection of music, pieces by Debussy and Brahms, alongside the Pretenders and Mariah Carey. Our British Sign Language Choir, led by Year 12 student Alana Philip, gave an amazing rendition of ‘Rocking Around the Christmas Tree’.
A huge thank you to all the performers and staff who helped to make this event such a success, the snow made it seem even more Christmassy!
