Over 2 days, 10 year 11 GCSE students went to Sunderland climbing wall.
For many this was their first time climbing.
The girls learnt how to support one another while belaying and were all extremely encouraging.
They all showed great resilience and determination to get to the top of some very challenging routes and made exceptional progress.
