Following a successful range of topics on subjects as diverse as Jane Austen - Beyond the Bonnet and Political Correctness in Language, the members of Junior LitSoc were treated to a lunchtime session on Tennyson, hosted by Mrs Howell. Everyone had a brilliant time and thoroughly enjoyed learning about another aspect of Literary history. These lunchtime sessions run weekly on a Monday for Year 11 students who have shown a particular aptitude for their English studies: we hope that many of them will choose English at A Level.
