The 2024 Lip Sync talent show was a resounding success due to the incredible enthusiasm and dedication of everyone involved. We officially have our Lip Sync winners of 2024! The Lip Sync trophy was won by our fabulous Year 8 students: Eva, Fatima, Alexa, Emily, Evangelina, Goodness, Beatrice, and Jerice.
From Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Rihanna to Beyoncé, all of the impersonations, dancing, and singing have been entertaining and demonstrated the wide range of talent of our students. The commitment of the participants, who invested countless hours in rehearsals and preparations, ensured high-quality performances that captivated the audience.
We want to thank all students and staff who have taken part in all 5 shows; you have been AMAZING, and the performances have been outstanding. We especially want to thank all students who have purchased tickets to watch the Lip Sync shows. Without you, we would not have raised as much as we have for our chosen charity: St. Cuthbert’s Care. It is projected that we will have raised over £1300, which is a fantastic effort.
The support from staff, students, and families created a vibrant and encouraging atmosphere, making each show a memorable experience. The collaborative effort and shared passion for performance not only highlighted the talents of the individuals but also brought everyone together, reinforcing the spirit of unity and celebration within the school.
