Next week we welcome into school the VRU from Northumbria Police. This experience will allow all students in Year 9 to explore sensitive areas of Risk Management with experienced educators who have expertise on topics including drug and alcohol safety, knife crime, joint enterprise and county lines.
We understand that children with knowledge and understanding of Risk Management, are children who are more likely to keep themselves and those around them safe.
We are proud that former Sacred Heart students were involved in the initial set up and development of some of the sessions being delivered next week. This makes these sessions as relatable and engaging as possible for Year 9.
