Our Year 12 Fine Art A level students visited a number of Galleries this term, starting at the Biscuit Gallery, we then walked to the Baltic for Contemporary Arts Centre across the Blinking Eye Bridge on the river Tyne and then finally, headed to the Laing Art Gallery to finish our visit.
We looked at Traditional and Contemporary Art and used the time to investigate artist's techniques and insights. Our students will now use this experience to extend and enrich their studies and build upon skills and processes and the understanding of History of Art.
