A target group of Year 10 students volunteered to take part in a pilot project with the Violence Reduction Unit with Drug and Alcohol Education as a focus. This ran over several months.
The students were involved in giving feedback on activities and helping with the development of ideas and methods to pass important sensitive information to teenagers.
This project will now be rolled out to schools across the North East.
