Sixth Form Ceramics visit to Edinburgh



On Monday, all Year 12 and 13 Ceramics Students went to Edinburgh to see visit numerous art galleries to gather research work for their coursework. The highlight of the trip was getting to go to see the major retrospective of the work of contemporary artist Grayson Perry and his 'Smash Hit's' exhibition at the National Academy.


The students loved seeing the work of this influential artist understanding looking at how he creates political and social comments all through his love of art and ceramics!' Students also got to visit the Dovecot Studios and City Art Centre as part of the trip
