On Wednesday 31st January we welcomed 'Smashed Live' into school for an hour-long event for Year 8 students. This included a theatrical performance charting the lives of three teenagers and their experiences with alcohol. This was followed immediately by an interactive workshop exploring:
The social and emotional causes of underage drinking
Its impact on young lives
Social influence and decision-making
Where and how to help yourself and others
The production was very well-received and the pupils were really engaged.
