During PSHCE Year 8 had a visit from Olwyn, who is a volunteer for Macmillan Cancer Support. Olwyn has been visiting Sacred Heat for many years and she delivers sensitive information on the risk factors associated with cancers, the allocation of charity money and the importance of Macmillan's work, with care and compassion.
Students and staff gave lovely feedback about the talk, and we look forward to welcoming Olwyn back next year.
