Well done to the following year 7 girls who were 2nd place in their group at the City 5-a-side competition at Soccerworld in Newcastle on Wednesday 8th November: Tahlia Harrison, Ava Vincent, Maisy Vincent, Emily Vincent, Daisy Bruce, Juliet Bruce, Emilia Bruce and Myah Regan.
The girls missed out on qualifying for the semi-finals of the competition on goal difference as three schools were level on points. They won 2 games, winning against Dame Allans 2-1, 2-0 against Excelsior and losing narrowly 1-0 to Gosforth Junior Academy.
This is the first time the girls have played together since joining Sacred Heart and they showed excellent commitment and enthusiasm throughout the competition.
