Year 7 and 8 P.E Gifted and Talented students get training!

The year 7 and 8 P.E Gifted and Talented students attended a second visit to Momentum Gym in Gosforth yesterday after completing a training session in December.
The students showed great commitment and enthusiasm during the session, participating in different strength and conditioning exercises which will help in their future performance in sport and physical activity.
